APPEAL DENIED

APPEAL DENIED FOR MAX SICA. WE ALREADY KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE DENIED BECAUSE THIS CASE HAS BEEN A SHAM FROM WHEN IT FIRST STARTED BACK IN 2003. 

EVEN IF YOU WANT TO BELIEVE MAX SICA IS GUILTY, HE HAS NOT HAD HIS RIGHTS GIVEN TO HIM AT ALL, NOT EVEN GIVEN THE CHANCE FOR AN APPEAL ON ONE OF THE BIGGEST CRIMINAL CASES  IN QLD`S  HISTORY,  WHICH IS BASED MAINLY OR MOSESO ALL ON CIRCUMSTANCIAL EVIDENCE. 

PARTIAL BLOODIED EAR AND FACE PRINT FOUND AT THE CRIME SCENE NOT BELONGING TO MAX OR THE SINGH`S, NOT ENOUGH.  

WITNESS STATEMENTS STATING TO HAVE HEARD SCREAMS AND LOUD NOISES ON THE MONDAY NIGHT FOLLOWING THROUGH TO EARLY TUESDAY MORNING, NOT ENOUGH.(police say Max killed the Singh`s Sunday night early Monday morning)

STATEMENTS FROM OTHER WITNESS CLAIMING TO HAVE SEEN THE YOUNGEST SINGH CHILD ALIVE ON MONDAY MORNING OUTSIDE HER FRONT DOOR, NOT ENOUGH.

OTHER STATEMENTS MADE BY TWO WOMEN WHO SAW A MAN WALKING NEAR SINGH`S HOUSE ON THE TUESDAY MORNING (DAY BODIES WERE DISCOVERED) AT 530 AM AND NOT FITTING MAX SICA`S DESCRIPTION    NOT ENOUGH.(this man upon seeing these two women, quickly turned the other way and jumped a fence.)  

JAGA WHO MADE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST MAX SICA WAS NEVER CHARGED OR FULLY INVESTIGATED FOR WHY HE DID SO.

TAMPERING WITH JURY MEMBERS, NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT.

  

ANDREA BOWMAN WHO FOR FIVE YEARS BASICALLY SPIED ON MAX SICA FOR POLICE AND SAID HE SORT OF PARTIALLY CONFESSED TO HER, NEVER MADE A RECORDING AND ONLY TOLD THIS TO POLICE TWO WEEKS AFTER HE HAD ALLEGEDLY PARTIALLY CONFESSED. POLICE HAD ASKED HER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO WEAR A WIRE OR HAVE A RECORDING DEVISE WHICH SHE REFUSED TO DO SO. WONDER ITS BECAUSE SHE KNEW SHE WAS FULL OF IT. 

JUST ON THESE FEW THINGS MENTIONED ONE WOULD AT LEAST I THINK HAVE REASONABLE DOUBT. 

WE ARE NOW GOING TO LODGE IN FOR THE HIGH COURTS APPEAL AND IN THE MEANTIME WE WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES. WE WILL NOT GIVE UP BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT MAX SICA IS INNOCENT AND THAT THIS CASE IS ONE OF THE MOST BIGGEST CASES OF INJUSTICE QLD HAS EVER SEEN. JUDGES ARE ONLY MEN NOT GODS, AND LIKE ANY MAN, EVEN THEY CAN MAKE ERRORS, WILLINGLY OR UNWILLINGLY. 

AS FOR MEDIA........LAWS SHOULD BE CHANGED AS TO HOW THEY OPERATE WHEN A PERSON HAS NOT EVEN BEEN CHARGED FOR A CRIME. MAX SICA WAS HOUNDED AND PERSECUTED IN THE MEDIA FOR YEARS WHEN HE WAS NOT EVEN CHARGED WITH THIS CRIME. 

WHEN THE SEXUAL ALLEGATIONS CASE WENT PUBLIC, MEDIA HAD A FIELD DAY AND DID NOT EVEN WAIT TO AT LEAST SEE WHAT THE CASE WAS REALLY ALL ABOUT.  IN MY OPINION, THE SEXUAL ALLEGATION CASE WAS THE WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY POLICE WERE LOOKING FOR AS TO ARREST MAX SICA FOR THE SINGH MURDERS. THEY HAD NOTHING NEW, NO NEW EVIDENCE, NO MIRACLE WITNESS AND NO SMOKING GUN. JUST A MASSIVE SMEAR CAMPAIGN ON HIM. ONLY TWO MONTHS AFTER THE SEXUAL ALLEGATION CASE TOOK PLACE IN 2008, HE WAS CHARGED AND ARRESTED FOR THE SINGH MURDERS. 

THIS IS NOT THE END AND IT WONT BE TILL THE REAL TRUTH BE TOLD AND MAX SICA RELEASED FOR A CRIME HE DID NOT COMMIT.

O.M.G. MORE PERSECUTION AND INJUSTICE...

It took them less than 24hrs after Max received a NOT GUILTY verdict to come out and write a bunch of crap.

David Murray, (reporter for courier mail) i hope they pay you well for the job you do. I damn you and those like you. who report in this manner. You people dont want the truth, you dont write the truth. All you are interested in is selling newspapers and in the process you dont give a damn about the damage and heartache you cause for such a load of rubbish you print.

When you rang me at my home, (this before the verdict for the sex case) i told you exactly what i thought about how the media operates and why i did not want to talk to you.  You have proven my point exactly.

I can just tell you this.... in my daily prayers i thank the Lord for the parents he gave me for i could not have asked for any better.

As for your piece on psychopaths etc...Do you believe that someone who makes up a bunch of lies about something, tries to manipulate friends so as to obtain information from them, comes across as being charming, has to be the center of attention and gain the most popularity at any cost, has aspirations of grandeur and has no signs of remorse or empathy if they hurt someone....would you consider them to be a psychopath? If you do consider them to have psychopathic traits, would you also believe them to be murderers?  If you are intelligent, im sure you will get my drift.

Another smear campaign against him just before his appeal is due. But no worries, we will never give up for true justice to take its course.

May you receive what you dish out ten fold Mr Murray. I hope that you dont end up selling your soul for a buck.

Some people will see through all of this and understand the great injustice taking place.  Some wont, and some just dont care. The important thing is that we know who Max is and we know he is no MURDERER and no PEDOPHILE.

MAX SICA FOUND NOT GUILTY OF SEX CHARGES

CONVICTED triple murderer Massimo "Max" Sica has been found not guilty of raping and repeatedly abusing a young girl over a four year period.

Sica - who is already serving a record 35-years in jail for the 2003 murder of the Singh siblings - is the latest in a growing list of reviled convicted criminals - including infamous pedophiles Dennis Ferguson and Roy Schloss - to be a acquitted after a rare judge only trial.

Brisbane District Court judge Michael Shanahan delivered the verdict to a stunned packed court - including Sica's parents Carlo and Anna and his siblings - on Friday morning.

Judge Shanahan deliberated almost two weeks before handing down his verdict 21 sex offences - including child rape.

Sica received three life terms of imprisonment - an"d ordered to serve a minimum of 35-years - for the savage murder of the Singh siblings Neelma, 24, Kunal, 18, and Sidhi, 12.

Judge Shanahan, in his written 50-page decision, said medical evidence revealed the girl physically showed all the hallmarks of being a virgin and could not have been subjected to the sexual attack alleged.

"There is one fact ... which causes me significant concern," he said.

"Considering the medical evidence I cannot be satisfied beyond a seasonable doubt that the penetrative (sexual) acts occurred as described by the (girl)."

Judge Shanahan also commented on the girl's "credibility", saying her evidence raised a "number of issues of concern."

"I am not satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that any of the counts have been proved ... (and) verdicts of not guilty are entered to each of the counts."

Sica, who stood ramrod straight in the dock of Court 31 for the verdict, breathed out deeply and smiled as he heard Judge Shanahan's decision.

Outside court, Sica's jubilant brother, Claudio, said: "Justice has finally been served, but not fully."
"There was no other verdict that could have been given."

Sica has become the latest in a growing long line of infamous criminals to win judge only trials - including notorious pedophiles Dennis Ferguson and Roy Schloss.

Sica was granted the judge-only trial after his lawyers convinced the court Sica's notoriety would make it almost impossible to find and impartial panel of jurors anywhere in Queensland.

Sica early last month pleaded not guilty to 21 sex offences, including two counts of rape and one of maintaining a sexual relationship with the child between November 15, 2004 and September 10, 2008.

Then aged 35 to 39, he was also charged with nine counts each of unlawful carnal knowledge and indecent dealing of a child under 16.

The court had been told Sica allegedly had sex with the child, then aged between nine and 13, more than 100 times during the four-year period.

In July, a Brisbane Supreme Court jury found Sica guilty of the 2003 murder of the Singh siblings.
He was sentenced to three life terms, with a record minimum non-parole period of 35-years.

Sica has appealed those verdicts, with a two day hearing scheduled to start in the Court of Appeal in Brisbane on May 27.

The above statement that some reporter by the name of Tony Keim added to his article really disgusts me. Mr Keim, i suggest you research all the facts surrounding this case before you have the gall to print such crap. This is exactly what i mean by persecution and misguided justice. 

Max Sica was found NOT GUILTY because the facts speak for themselves. The girl in question was found to be a virgin with no trauma to her hymen whatsoever. She continued adding new allegations even when this trial was underway. In statements made to police, when she could not recall something she would say she blacked out. She blacked out more than 60 times in her statements. 

When she was questioned by police at the very beginning of this whole thing, she had said she had made it up because she wanted to manipulate a friend of hers into telling her about her sexual molestation by her step father. Then when Det. Zitny (lead detective of the singh murders investigation) got involved in the sex charge case and started asking her questions, she started making all these allegations and continued to add more allegations years after the fact. She stated that she had full on sexual penetration for four yrs and at least over one hundred times, she could not recall dates, times, places etc because how could she......she made it all up and therefore could not risk inventing dates when she did not know where Max was on that specific date.

ALSO take into consideration that Max Sica was monitored by police in every which way for years leading up to his arrest for the murders. House was bugged, GPS tracking of his cars, phones tapped, undercover police following him and video surveillance put on him. You could even hear the toilet flush on some of the tapes made in his home. Those police officers were questioned as to whether they heard or saw any of this taking place. Their answer was NO.  

Max was arrested five years after he discovered the bodies of the Singh children. Nothing had changed, no new evidence, no smoking gun, no miracle witness. BUT there was the sexual allegations which caused a deliberate smear campaign against him. Again a media circus, assassination of character, all headlines no facts. Only two months after he was charged with these allegations he was then charged and later convicted for the Singh murders. Police saw their window of opportunity and took it. 

Max Sica was found NOT GUILTY today and yet the media seem to put it like this....
Max Sica found not guilty but only because of a judge only trial and medical reports which cannot prove intercourse took place.    ARE WE FOR REAL?  

If his name was not Max Sica, if the police didnt want to desperately pin the Singh murders on him, this alleged sexual misconduct case would have never made it into a court of law with the facts they already had obtained. 

Wake up and smell the roses, you could be the next VICTIM of this so called JUSTICE SYSTEM. 

We will now concentrate on the appeal for the murder case. Where only the bloodied ear and partial face print found at the murder scene (which DID NOT belong to Max or the Singhs) was plenty for reasonable doubt.

Verdict for this case will be given sometime next week. I only hope and pray that it will be NOT GUILTY. Remember the girl accuses him of having had sex with her for four yrs from the ages of 9 till 13. She says she has had full on sex with him at least over one hundred times. She also says she cannot remember a lot of things or has blacked out on many occasions when she cant recall stuff. This girl at the age of 13 was given a medical examination and was not only found to have her hymen intact, but was found to have no trauma to her hymen either. She has added new allegations even as this trial was under way. When she was first questioned over these allegations she had made to her friends at school, she told police she had made them up because she wanted to know more about one of her friends who was making allegations of her own towards her stepfather. She later stared saying her allegations were true and added new allegations throughout. Maxs home was bugged for a number of years when these allegations were made against him. Not once was it picked up on any bugging device placed in the home that these allegations were taking place. GPS tracking of his vehicle and police monitoring and following him were also placed on him during most of these allegations. (You can be very consistent in telling anything you want to tell when youve had yrs of practice at it. when you read the news article above, you will understand the consistent thing)
