I have been following this case very carefully all i can say is that this poor man and family have been put under a black cloud why, i will tell u why cos there is only one side of the story and that is what the media has portrayed. What about the whole truth and nothing but the truth, does not seem to exist here and we thought we were a lucky country. My heart goes out to this family and all the luck in the world. what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty, well maybe we aren,t such a lucky country as we thought we were. To Max and Family our hearts are with u always

What a abhorrent pathetic society we live in. Anyone can be accused of a heinous crime and it is a matter of proving your innocence.
ReplyDeleteYes the justice system is simple in theory. Innocent unless proven guilty, what a case to demonstrate our simple rights being crushed, chewed up and spat out!
The finger was pointed at Max Sica from the very beginning. From the Singh parents who had to hide their own revolting, disgusting and illegal misdoings to the police whom had found their scape goat.
I pray that justice will prevail. I pray not only for Max Sica rightly labelled as the fourth victim and his family but I also pray for the rest of us.
For our children and our children's children because should this go anywhere else apart from NOT GUILTY we will just continue to see more innocent people locked away and next time it may not be just a name on the news but someone you know or worst still it could be you!
how do you think starting weblog is going to help this man? nobody wants trial by media, but this blog just adds to it. you are only making it harder for him to get a fair trial - please think about what you are doing - this blog may be harming him.
ReplyDeleteI believe this blog was created to provide the public with more insight to the case. Rather than relying on the police or media to release relevant and pertinent key factors which would certainly make any person question as to why this man is on trial, family and friends have decided enough is enough. Other blogs regarding Max have been created by ill informed, non processing small minded people. I don't see why we should be subjected to those blogs and not counter re act with one that instead of being a blog with senseless comments and no substance is one with some very true and interesting facts.
ReplyDeleteYour concern is commendable however I don't believe this is in anyway harmful to Max. It was created by somebody close that cares for him and the sole purpose is to allow the public to know more of the case. These facts the media has been armed with however through editing and being selective in what they are releasing have condemned this man from day one. We as the public who have been bombarded with this case for over five years have a right to know ALL the facts.
I know Max and his family very very well and I have read the blog stated and I can say that I am really annoyed and disgusted in what has written!!!
ReplyDeleteMax and his family have not been fairly treated for nearly six years and my heart goes to them.
Max has been portrayed as a crazy psycho murderer by the media which I can tell you that THIS MAN IS INNOCENT! He is not a psycho murderer.
I have read today’s article in the Weekend Australian , I am so glad that finally a Journalist has written other facts of this case for the people who do not know Max and the real story behind this awful case.
This does not prove the innocents or guilt of anyone , but it does make you think.
You are right it was about time that some home truth came out about was written in the Australian,however it is very interesting how quickly the media retaliated in defence.

ReplyDeleteIn case you have not notice, this case has been "trial by media" since it started and so far it has been a very bias account. This blog is simply providing a fair balance in my opinion. And to have it written by someone who personally knows Max very very well is alot more credible than some journalist who has no idea who Max really is. It also provides some real truths which the public has been unfortunate in not knowing sooner. Kudos to the journalist in the Australian newspaper to have the decency to finally report on some truths.
Anyone who knows Max will tell you he is a kind-hearted, warm, caring and wonderful person. He has been unfortunate to have, in his own words.. "probably done something bad in my past life and now karma is making me pay for it."
Hang in there Buki, we your family and friends who love you KNOW you are innocent and will pray for you and know you will be free soon.
