EYE OPENER FOR ALL + (question for Jenny)

Hi Jenny, i have noted you say that you worked on the Graham Stafford case. Are you a lawyer or someone in the legal system? I have also seen a program which was aired on the abc called Australian Story Body of Evidence parts 1 and 2 on this story. I have been crusing on other blogs and have read some peoples comments saying that the police must now have sufficent evidence and that`s why Max Sica was charged with the triple homicide. If you see the program about Graham Stafford, you will all see that justice definitly was not served when they put away this man for a crime he did not commit. In this case, they said they had plenty of evidence and that he was the man who killed that poor 12yr old girl. My heart goes out to this man and his family because i know what they must have and are still going through. The real murderer is free because from the very beginning police had targeted who they wanted, they did not care to investigate any other avenues at all. How can this be done to a person? Also he is now facing deportation to England and been bared from speaking to any media as part of his parole conditions. Not all is as it is presented to you people, nothing is black and white, and not all persons in the police force are honest ones. All people be it politicians, police, lawyers, bankers, labourers, news and media persons or anyone for that matter are just that, people. There is good and bad in every field. None of us are Gods either. It is easy to judge another even if you dont know them. Some media also play their part. Anyway here are the links to the program on abc, a real eyeopener for most people
