NOT THE END

Max Sica was found guilty by twelve people who apparently had no doubt that he committed this horrendous crime. No proof, no evidence, no DNA. If this is a case where there is no reasonable doubt for a jury, i wonder which case they would find reasonable doubt in.

Max sent nude photos of Neelma....said he had a brain tumor..... well Neelma knew he had sent the photos and that he did not really have a tumor, but she still chose to see him as Max chose to still be with her when she told him she had slept with someone else while in Fiji with her mother. Are these the circumstantial grounds in a case which prove someone brutally murdered three people?

No motive needed they said, maybe a crime of passion, maybe yet again premeditated they said. A different scenario for whatever purpose.

There is no justice...an innocent man has been found guilty of a crime he did not commit. Without one shred, one iota, of REAL evidence against him. For those who think there is something to rejoice about such a verdict, i only hope and pray that you might not end up being the next victim of the so called justice system.

We will fight this verdict, we will not give up or bury our heads in the sand. We have learnt a lot about how the justice system operates in all these years and we may not be experts in the field, but we are not totally stupid either.

Max Sica and his family will fight for true justice, we will fight till he is set free for he is truly innocent.

They have said this case to be the biggest criminal case in QLD history..... more like the biggest sham, the biggest injustice QLD has ever seen.

This is not the end, this is now a new beginning...and like i read in a news article today.... stay tuned, there will be more to come.

  1. I am amazed that the jurors were able to find him guilty beyond reasonable doubt. There was no evidence and too much covered up by police. I believe he is innocent and after explaining my reasons, my friends realise that there is more to come.
what about the policeman who made odd comments about the case to a friend? did the police ask him for an alibi?

  2. well done to the Qld Police, well done to the jury, and well done to the Justice Bryne. What a fantastic job you all did. I am so glad he is off the streets and i am sure he is looking forward to his next court case where he faces 20 child sex offence charges. my heart goes out to Mrs Singh and her family at the loss of three children. It is horrific what max sica did.

  3. Sorry to hear about the horrible verdict, to be able to put someone away without evidence is a disgrace of our justice system. Your family and Max are still in the prayers of friends. Good luck and best wishes for the appeal.

stuart black, could you please advise us and more so the police about your comment on max sica and how it is not the first time he has stumbled on another body or bodies in the past.

As for all other comments thankyou to the supporters and for you "A mum", i truly hope that you never have to go through having one of your children accused and convicted of a crime they did not commit.

  5. The reason there was very little physical evidence is because Max destroyed it all! Basically your argument means that anybody who is diligent enough to cover up all the evidence of a crime they commit should be acquitted. Is that truly what you believe? Furthermore, your whole family astonishes me. Nowhere in this blog or in the media have you expressed one bit of concern towards the Singhs or empathy for what they still go through every day. In fact, you have the gall to try to tarnish Neelma's name by telling us she cheated on Max, as if that is an offense punishable by murder! So what if she knew Max had sent the photos and lied about having s brain tumour (which in itself is pathological behaviour). I'm pretty sure she wasn't happy about it, but what could she do once what was done was done? Psychopaths have a lot of superficial charm so he probably talked her around again in order to lull her into s false sense of security so it would be easier to murder her - and her siblings.

  6. airguitargrrl, physical evidence on Max was not found because he didnt do it. All forensic reports stated quite the contrary if you really have read this blog or you had ever attended the trial. Also NOWHERE did i state that cheating on someone is an offence punishable by murder. That is what YOU wanted to read into it. Neelma and Max both made mistakes and both forgave eachother over them. So its you who are saying that if Max made a bad decision of sending those photos then it means he is automatically guilty of killing them. Mr and Mrs Singh both lied about a lot of things right from the start. It is easy to sit there and judge when you dont know a thing about either family or about this whole case. Do you know the Singhs or Sicas? Did you ever attend the trial? Do you know Max? I think not. If Max was the type of person to kill three innocent people in such a horrendous way, i wonder why he just didnt take out Mr Singh who was the cause of all the problems between Neelma and himself. Neelma had wanted Max to teach her dad a lesson and bash him. Max did not do it because he is not that type of person. Mr Singh abused his wife and children on many many occasions and on many of those occasions the Singh children would call Max to help them when their father was abusing either them or their mother. Before Max was ever charged with this crime he had never being violent towards a person, not ever did he lay a finger on any woman or child. Im sure a lot of people have some sort of superficial charm when it suits them and they could even be described as being psychopathic, which according to what you are saying would make them all murderers. You can believe what you want to believe, i cannot make you believe otherwise. Like i said, easy to judge when you dont know a thing about the whole dynamics of this case or the families involved. Mr Singh did a lot of things which i would describe as discusting, but i dont see you say a thing about that either. I guess people just want to see what they choose to see.
