The prosecution are now having their moment, media...well i dont think i need to say a thing. Please do wait for the whole truth with the real facts to be heard. Judgements should be made when one hears both sides of a story.

ReplyDeleteFunny how police did not interview anyome who really did know things or some they did interview but police did not like what they were telling them for it did not fit their way of thinking.
ReplyDeleteThe builders that were there on that Tuesday all had different accounts of times, and version of events.
Another person who was there also told police that he had seen a young girl (which after seeing images of her he said to be Sidhi Singh) come outside the front door of the singh residence on Monday morning and enter a small dog into the house.
The man seen by two women (around the area of the Singh house) taking a walk at 530am on that Tuesday morning who at seeing them, turned the other way ran off and jumped a fence was never made public. These women gave a description of this man, it definately was not Max.
The woman who shortly after midnight (going into the Tuesday of 22nd April) heard bone chilling screams from what sounded to be a young woman for a whole 3 to 4 minutes did not call the police. She lived close by the Singh house.
As for when the Singh children actually died, not even the coroner can give a decent time frame within a day. They only speculate late Sunday night or very early Monday morning because thats the time Max was sleeping in his bed. He had picked up his kids from his ex wifes house on Monday morning at 7am.
Yes Max did send the emails and the naked photos of Neelma, though it was something he is not proud of, if surely does not mean he is guilty of murder. There are many things that people have done and do which they are not proud of, doesnt make them murderers either now does it!!!!
The states own forensic people have said that there is not one scintilla of DNA evidence on Maxs person, cars, clothing, residence etc. Whomever killed those poor kids would have been covered in DNA evidence, i suppose they would have had to really clean themselves up good and get rid of everything they had on.
All the drains at the Singhs and the Sicas residence were checked for any DNA, nothing was found. The Sica house was searched that same day Max discovered the bodys without the need of a search warrant.
As for Mr Singh saying Max threatened him, wanted to hurt him etc etc.... well if Max was capable of killing those three kids in such a brutal, horrid manner, what would stop him from taking out the person who was really the main problem?
Those kids werent just killed, they were truly and utterly tortured and massacred.
Media had a field day with Max. He was always plastered all over the media for any little thing, even a traffic violation. He was not charged with the murders until the 31st of December of 2008, he had been having a trial by media since 2003. His character been assassinated repeatedly and in my opinion, some was done hand in hand between police and Media.
There are a fair few more facts that i cannot say because they have not been made public yet. If they do not get made public in the so called justice arena, they will be made public in another type of arena.
Anyone who truly knows Max, knows he is innocent and could never do such a thing.
I really dont care what the public at large think, for they have no bearing on his life and freedom, it is a jury that has to hear all of it, not bits of it, hearsay or straight out lies, but all of it. It is they who then have to make the decision on a persons life, a decision they must make without a shadow of doubt.
I just pray that true justice will be done and that another innocent person does not go to jail for something they have been accused of.
